The f8 B2B program is a brokerage partnership that gives your agents an exclusive discount on f8 photography and media services — a rate they cannot access independently. It's designed to function as a recruiting and retention tool: agents benefit from reduced costs on professional media, and the discount is tied to their enrollment in your brokerage's f8 Customer Team.
Tiers are based solely on your office structure. Broker-Owner is for single-office brokerages with fewer than 50 agents, with a 5% partner rate. Enterprise is for multi-office brokerages with 50+ agents, with an 8% partner rate. There are no volume commitments for either tier.
The f8 Partner Rate is applied automatically through your brokerage's dedicated Order Form. There are no coupon codes and no manual requests required. Agents simply book through the brokerage link and the discount is applied at checkout.
The f8 Partner Rate is exclusive to agents enrolled in your brokerage's f8 Customer Team. If an agent leaves, they are removed from the team and lose the partner rate immediately. This exclusivity is a core part of what makes the program a retention tool, not just a discount.
No. There is no minimum agent count for the Broker-Owner tier and no minimum order volume for either tier. Credits accrue based on usage, but there is no commitment required to maintain your partnership status.
f8 serves the SF Bay Area, Sacramento, Monterey Region, Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego. If your market isn't listed, reach out — we may be able to accommodate your brokerage.
After you submit your info, we reach out within one business day. From there, we discuss the program with you, onboard you and support you as you launch the program to your agents.
Yes. Enterprise partners receive a Dedicated Account Manager, quarterly account review meetings, an annual f8 presentation at a brokerage office meeting, quarterly usage reports, and up to $1,000 in event sponsorship annually.
Credits accrue based on your brokerage's total annual f8 order volume — independent of tier. You receive 1 credit under 50 orders/year, 3 credits at 51–200 orders/year, and 5 credits at 200+ orders/year. Credits are valid for any standard photography package, reset annually on your partnership anniversary, and you decide which agents receive them.
